- Conduct a PubMed search
- View your article of choice on the detailed ABSTRACT page
- On this page you will see the hyperlinked and abbreviated journal title
- Click on the (hyperlinked) journal title so that the ACTIONS menu pops up
- Select Search in NLM Catalog
- If the current indexing status reads: Currently indexed for MEDLINE, then this is a legitimate journal
