Speaking at the 2011 Launch of the Distinguished Jurist Lecture Series by The Judiciary of Trinidad and Tobago, Sir Shridath called on the Government of Trinidad and Tobago to fulfil its obligation to have the Caribbean Court of Justice (CCJ) replace the Privy Council as their final court of appeal.
